Common questions
- Delete my account & data — in the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all data and can't be undone.
- Recovery / HRV / sleep aren't showing — those come from Apple Health (best with an Apple Watch worn overnight). Make sure CoachMi has Health access: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → CoachMi. Some devices (e.g. Garmin) don't share HRV/sleep to Apple Health.
- Turn notifications on/off — iOS Settings → Notifications → CoachMi.
- Change language — in the app: Settings → Language (English / Español). CoachMi also follows your phone's language on first launch.
- Manage Health permissions — iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → CoachMi.
